Be the first to give
In many villages, women and children walk for hours each day to collect water from ponds and rivers that make people sick.
A hand pump well, drilled to the clean water below, serves around 150 people for years. Each well is looked after by a village committee trained by our partner.
This is demo content on a staging site. The people and places in it are made up.
Where your money goes
Drilling, the pump, a concrete base and training for the village water committee.
Questions
Can a well be named after someone?
